These terms and conditions apply when you join an online course with Math With Dr. Please read them carefully before signing up.
In these Terms and Conditions:
‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Math With Dr, the company that offers online tutoring.
‘you’ means the student.
‘Adviser’ is the person who helps you during your course.
1. Your Courses
Your course includes a collection of online materials, tools, and resources available on the website, along with tutor assistance provided by Math With Dr.
2. Our Right to Stop services
We reserve the right to stop providing services if:
• You do not pay the fees by the 10th day after the due date.
• You miss attending the course for 2 weeks in a row, unless you have previously arranged a break with your adviser.
• You break any of the terms and conditions listed here.
• Math With Dr decides that your behavior is unacceptable.
• You behave in a way that threatens, intimidates, or harasses our staff or other students.
3. Your Privacy and protection of Data
At Math With Dr, your privacy is taken very seriously. Any information you share with us when enrolling in a Math With Dr course—or at any other time—is covered under the Math With Dr privacy policy. Please make sure to read it. The policy explains what data we collect, when we collect it, how we use it, and who we may share it with. If you have any questions, you can contact your adviser for more details. By signing up for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the privacy policy.
4. Choosing Course
Your adviser will assist you in choosing the most suitable course for your needs. We will assess your knowledge and skills and give you guidance and information before you begin the course. This helps make sure you are enrolled in the right program.
When you register for an online tutoring course with Math With Dr, we will assign you an online tutor. Your tutor will support and guide you throughout your learning journey.
5. Responsibility for your Login and Password
When you register with Math With Dr, you will receive a username and password. It is important that you keep this login information private. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your username and password. You should not share your login details with anyone else. If you believe someone else is using your account without permission or that your username and password are no longer secure, it is your duty to notify Math With Dr right away.
6. Sharing personal data with Tutor
Math With Dr is responsible for assigning a tutor to support you during your course. We reserve the right to change your tutor at any time based on course needs. You are not permitted to share your personal contact details—such as your phone number, email address, mailing address, or any other private information—with the tutor. Likewise, you are not allowed to request the tutor’s personal contact information.
7. Our Liability with you
We are not responsible if we are unable to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such situations may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters like fire, flood, or storms; strikes or other industrial actions; war, civil unrest, failure of communication systems; or actions taken by the government or public authorities. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume tutoring services with minimal disruption. If any sessions are missed due to such events, we will arrange makeup classes.
Math With Dr does not guarantee that the website will always function without interruption or errors, that issues will be fixed, or that the site or the server hosting it will be free of viruses or harmful content.
As allowed by law, Math With Dr is not responsible for any indirect or resulting loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of data, income, opportunities, or business) connected to the use of the website or the learning platform.
We are not liable for any loss of data from your device. It is your responsibility to ensure your data is saved and backed up properly.
Except in the cases mentioned above, the maximum total liability we hold for any claim you make related to the services provided—unless excluded by these Terms and Conditions, including claims resulting from any negligent technical advice—will be limited to the amount of course fee you have paid or are due to pay.
8. Changes to These Terms
Math with Dr. reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
